Description
Crispy, cheesy zucchini chips baked to perfection. A healthy and addictive snack or side dish.
Ingredients
2 zucchinis, thinly sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
½ cup grated Parmesan
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
2. Toss zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Place on baking sheet, sprinkle Parmesan on top.
4. Bake 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden.
Notes
For extra crispiness, use a wire rack over the baking sheet.
Serve with a side of marinara or ranch for dipping.
